On the outskirts of the Neskowin Ghost Forest, 60 seconds
Taken on a repeat trip to Neskowin this past fall. The ghost forest partially buried by sand and surf there is fascinating and I tend to spend more time around the remains of that ancient forest than I do around say, Proposal Rock. In all, a new favorite beach of mine, and to think I just visited it for the first time less than a year ago. The Oregon coast is sort of like photography in that way, the more you think you know about it, the more you explore, the more you realize there is to learn and discover.
I haven't been able to make it over to the Oregon coast for a few months now (though I did just journey up the Washington coast to Second Beach). But thankfully I have a good stock of images such as this to last me. © Zeb Andrews
