even in shadows

i feel secure

because

you hold light in me

knowing that i am never alone

or at least not for a very long time

because

you give grace to me : to my (small) hands)

shadowy darkness

reads my mind to

remind me

                of you

so sometimes

i turn off all those busy citylights

incline my mind

gently

                     away

to see

this softglow in me you give me

then

light a candle

to mirror

this softglow in me you give me

and

reflect these dancing shadows

                            of inner-flickerings onto my wall

so playful

so truthful

just perfectful

keeps me company

           even in dimlimness

                       

even in darkshade depths

   of your absence

my gaze symbolize

               your presence

                       

                       somehow : now

i too prefer questionable fluctuations

unpredictable undulations

this softglow lives, twinned

where shadows of poetry lives in me

someway : strangely yet richly

synchronicity aligned those fragments

back into place

I too praise shadows

      shadows of poetry
