MORGONSTUND

The morning spills gold from its mouth

twinkling in the eyes who see.

The afternoon plays concertos from the hills

harmonizing in the ears who hear.

The evening paints diamonds on its canvas

gathered by hands who reap its reward.

And the whole day reverberates with perpetual joy

for those who can feel its magic.

Morgonstund Har Guld e Mund. Translation in Swedish: Morningtime has gold in its mouth. This poem was inspired by a "Golden" Photograph taken by Linda Zettersten. To view photo: http://www.flickr.com/photos/linze/758926398/
