jbpham Bronze 236 points	on 04/19/07 at 11:19 PM none.  just your old fashioned shutter speed at work.  it was around 8:00pm, and the clear Seattle August night sky was vibrantly blue; contrasts beautifully with the glowing Space Needle and the lit up carousel in motion.  my little niece went for a ride on that carousel, and surprising, she made it out alive.  =)  thanks for the comment.
