The Moleskine Challenge
The Heel Press monthly Moleskine Challenge involves anyone who has published a piece of writing or art within the given month. This is your chance to get your hands on
your very own, Heel Press customized Moleskine notebook. The legendary notebook was the choice creative surface for Picasso, Matisse, and Hemingway, and has become the standard for professional and aspiring creatives alike.

What is it All About?
We will be awarding eight (8) Large Moleskine Notebooks at the end of each month to the best of the best on The Heel Press. Each month, four (4) Moleskines will be awarded to published writers, and four (4) will be awarded to published artists.
Each Moleskine will be customized Heel Press style with the winner's username, and artists will have a choice of the Moleskine ruled notebook or the Moleskine sketchbook. Get your submissions in!
How are the Winners Selected?
Winners must be registered members on The Heel Press, and must submit their piece within the specific contest month.
In determining the winners of the Moleskine Challenge, we will consider the following objective measures:
- Piece Rating
- Number of Reads or Views
- Number of Fans of the Piece
- Number of Comments on the Piece
We will also consider a piece based on the following:
- Creativity
- Originality
- Quality
Finally, we will consider all of your opinions. You can post your vote in the following areas in the Forum: Writing Challenge - Art Challenge. Simply write
the title of the piece which you believe should be a winner. You can also message us through our profiles on the Heel
(Nick Miller or Sam Coons), or email us
at creativechallenge@heelpress.com.
For the December contest, we will be considering pieces published between December 1, 2007 and December 31, 2007.
Be sure to check back here for updated information regarding the Moleskine Challenge and to view a list of past winners.
